Returns and Refund Policy

At Lumera Path | Centered Success LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching experiences, online programs, and educational content designed to help you grow personally and professionally.

Because our services involve both personalized coaching and digital learning materials, our return and refund policies vary depending on the product or service purchased.


1. Coaching Programs and 1:1 Sessions

Coaching is a personalized service that requires time, preparation, and scheduling.

  • Payments for coaching sessions or packages must be made in advance.
  • Refunds are available only before the first session has occurred and must be requested in writing to allye@coachallye.com.
  • Once the first session is delivered, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing packages.
  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited.

If Lumera Path | Centered Success LLC must cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, we will offer an alternative date/time or provide a credit toward future coaching sessions.


2. Online Courses and Masterclasses

Upon registration and payment, you receive immediate access to proprietary course materials and digital content.

  • Because this content cannot be “returned,” all sales of online courses, masterclasses, and workshops are final.
  • Refunds are not available after access has been granted or course materials have been delivered.
  • In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or technical access issues), we may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion.

If you experience access or technical difficulties, please contact allye@coachallye.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist.


3. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Worksheets, etc.)

All sales of downloadable or digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.
Please ensure you review the product description carefully before purchasing.

If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, or not delivered properly, contact us at allye@coachallye.com, and we’ll resend or replace it promptly.


4. Group Programs and Events

For group coaching programs, workshops, or live events:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%) or credit toward a future event.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as materials, logistics, and group participation are prearranged.
  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future date.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) are non-refundable.
