Refunds are granted only as explicitly stated in the specific offer or program page.
- Coaching Packages: Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session. Sessions canceled with less notice may be forfeited.
- Online Courses & Digital Products: Due to the immediate access to digital content, no refunds are issued after purchase.
- Workshops or Group Programs: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date unless otherwise stated.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
For coaching sessions, rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of the coaching agreement without refund.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case alternative dates will be offered.
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, except when disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
